Herbal Remedy of Gingivitis

Gingivitis is caused by disorder in gum. It causes gums bleeding and results in decay of teeth and in some case foul odor in mouth.

The common symptoms of gingivitis are bleeding from gums while brushing, swollen gums, red gums, bad taste, and bad breath, in mouth.

Visiting dental clinic in a scheduled interval, taking care for gums, and maintaining oral hygiene are all possible precautions to prevent the problem of gingivitis. However, on occurrence, there are different herbal supportive remedies which can cure this gum problem naturally and permanently through an easy and cost effective process.

Apply some clove oil in your gum, it may give you burning sensation initially, but it is good for the health of gum. Regular use of his process reduces the problem of gingivitis.

Brushing teeth with herbal toothpaste, with ingredients like babool, neem, mint, holy basil, and clove together or one or two in combination, cures the problem of gum inflammation, in due course also cures the problem of gingivitis.

Aloe Vera is a good healer of infection of gum; you can place some pulp in the mouth and have to rub the pulp in the gum. While rubbing this Aloe Vera pulp in the gum, indulge gargling with lukewarm water. It will cure the infection of gingivitis gradually.

Intake of Vitamin-C enriched and fibrous type of diet is a permanent solution for the cure of gingivitis. On contrary the affected person of gingivitis should intake low saturated fats. Avoidance of sugar, soft drinks, candies, white flour and white rice are the foods need to be taken in moderate amount or not to take if possible.

Take some lukewarm water, add a pinch of salt in it, and do gargling with this frequently. This will remove the infection gradually and will help you to fight the problem of gingivitis.

Adding paste made of dry ginger with a pinch of salt proves beneficial in cure for gingivitis.

Geranium, lemon, and tea tree oil are the essential oils that can cure the problem of gingivitis. Pour one drop of any of these oils in your tooth brush and massage gently over the gum before formally brushing with toothpaste. You can make mouthwash by using these three essential oils in1:1: proportion, but while doing gargling you have to be alert that this mouthwash should not go to your stomach by any means because some of the essential oils may be proved as harmful for digestive health.
