Take a relaxing bath with this herbal mixture; it will help to provide you a tension free light feeling.

A tarragon tea acts as a soothing reagent, which relieves stress and you have to take it in either in fresh form or in the salad.

Heat a little amount of sesame oil and rub it in your body; it will give you a relaxed feeling.

Bowl full oatmeal consumption has an effect of reducing stress in its long term effect.

Obviously while you try these remedies your stress will not be relieved overnight but on continuation definitely you will be benefited. Apart from these remedies pleasant life style and moderate dinner helps to keep stress under control.
