In case of Shingles infection, foods with salt need to be avoided because salt intake may worsen the situation of infection.
Consumption of watery fruit is beneficial for shingles healing in a passive way.
A solution made by leek juice, Aloe Vera gel, and natural honey helps to reduce the pain and irritation of the Shingle body rash.
Baking soda and water combination can be used as a cold compress medium. Soak a clean towel in baking soda mixed water and sponge the rash affected area gently so that it may not hurt the affected person.
Antiviral caffeic acid is an effective antidote for shingle and pear is a fruit contains this organic acid abundantly. So consumption of pear in Shingles infection is beneficial for fast healing.
