Herbal Remedy for Gall Bladder
Gall-bladder is one of the digestive glands in the digestive system. When gall bladder remains in inflammatory condition, the problem is medically termed as Cholecystitis. Forming gallstone inside the gall bladder is another complication related to this organ and this disorder is termed as cholelithiasis.
But both of these problems are interrelated as the former is transferred in its advanced stage in the latter one. However, gallstones are mainly the result of chronic disturbance in the bile composition.
Although surgery is considered the best process to manage and eliminate gallstone from the health system but somehow there are some herbal remedies which can be tried in the initial stage of gallbladder problem.
Fresh juice of beet, carrot and cucumber in 1:1:1 proportion need to be consumed daily. In fact this blended juice proves to be effective abut all sort of disorder related to gall-bladder. Ideally, this juice is to be consumed twice daily.
The fruit, pear is another effective and good herbal remedy for gallbladder problem. Pear can be consumed by gall bladder patient as a fruit or making juice of it. It has an excellent curing effect on gall bladder and gall stone.
Chicory plant, including its leaves, flower, and roots is excellent antidote for gall-bladder problem. A decoction of leaves, flower, and roots amounting to 30-36ml daily works positive in healing the dire problem of gall bladder.
An oil treatment is advised by some nature therapist as an effective herbal medicine of the ailment related to gall-bladder. Raw, unrefined, natural sunflower or olive oil is related in the therapy. In the morning 30-60ml raw, natural, unrefined vegetable olive oil needs to be consumed followed by 120 ml grapefruit juice or lemon juice. This remedy needs to be continued at least for one week or may be for one month depending on the recovery rate of the patient.
Adequate water intake keeps the water content of bile in its proper proportion. Proper bile evacuation is necessary for gall bladder problem recovery.
Instead of tea, coffee acts as better preventive of gall-bladder problem.
