Vitamin B6 is a heart friendly vitamin and in while you are taking 3 ounce of chicken, you are in taking 1/3 rd of your daily vitamin B6 intake.

Vitamin B12, B6, and folic acid are heart friendly nutrients and it is wise to include these nutrients in daily diet. Consumption of spinach is good for heart because it contains all the mentioned nutrients in it and consumption of spinach carries forward the natural ability to fight heart disease.

Vitamin C is a heart friendly vitamin and apart from orange and lemon, strawberries contain potassium and abundant amount of fiber which is supportive of healthy heart making effort.

Consumption of garlic is good for health because garlic in anticoagulant, keeps blood thin, and antioxidant that keeps a control on acidity and reduces the chance of chest pain. However, study has proved the benefit of garlic consumption takes at least a year to enjoy its medicinal benefit on health.

Intake of bran high fiber food, wheat-bread, and peanut butter also heart friendly foods, the person suffering from heart disease or prone to heart disease may take these items in their diet in moderate amount.
