Herbal remedies are blessings of Mother Nature and most often the ingredients are all easy to access for us. Herbal remedies can cure common ailments as well as complicated ailments without any side effects. Knowing about the herbal and natural solutions for common ailments is an extra mileage for side effect less instant relief and reduces the tendency to purchase medicines over the counter without doctor’s consultation and prescription.

Cold is a common problem in our everyday life. If you add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil in boiling water and take the stem for 1-15 minutes it will reduce nasal congestion, sore throat as well as the problem of throat congestion.

To reduce the intensity of cold you can take 2 teaspoon honey, extract of half cut lemon and one tea spoon black pepper in a glass of lukewarm water to sip slowly. This remedy need to repeated twice or thrice in a day for 3 days. It will reduce the intensity of cold attack and will drain the cough from respiratory track.

Common fever is often associated with attack of cold. To reduce temperature you can take decoction of holy basil with 2 grams of black pepper to low down the intensity of fever.

Nose bleeding is a common problem with children while playing. Place an ice cube on the nose and put the babies in rest for some time. Bleeding will be stopped.

Indigestion is a common occurring problem in our everyday life. Drinking one glass water with a pinch of baking soda reduces the discomfort of indigestion instantly. You can take a glass of water with fresh extracted lemon juice with a pinch of rock salt before meal for 3-4 day. This will reduce the heartburn tendency of indigestion.

In humid condition body odor and perspiration gets aggravated and causes irritation. Adding 2-3 drop of rose oil in water full bath tub regularly helps to control this problem. Use of tea tree oil with cold water also helps to reduce the problem of body odor.

Minor burn injury is a common crisis in kitchen hazard. You need to apply Aloe Vera gel in the injured place after washing the place with ice cold water. You can place some fresh extract of aloe leaves in the burn injured place; it will prevent blister to form later.

Application of honey is also beneficial for burn injury management.

To reduce the intensity of constipation one can consume dates with milk.

Consumption of ripe banana with curd is an effective and instant remedy to cure the crisis of loose motion.
