Fenugreek seed is also known as Fenigreek and Greek Hay; it is mainly produced on southern par of Europe which is based in Mediterranean region, and in Asia continent. Both the seeds and the leaves are used in Asian culinary process.

Although versatile still this culinary cum medicinal herb has some side effects, and in case of pregnant ladies it is better to talk to the doctor about the affirmation of the remedy for the fenugreek seed and accordingly need to proceed in future.
