Influenza is a common viral infection, widely popular in the name of flu. Influenza generally affects nose, throat, ear, and eyes, and in its advance stage may affect lungs and respiratory track.

Take one cup of boiling water; add one teaspoon bayberry bark, one teaspoon grated ginger, and ½ teaspoon cayenne powder in it. Let the infusion be sit for 20-30 minutes before the influenza affected patient consumes it. This is a good and efficient herbal cure medicine for influenza.

Liberal intake of vitamin C enrich foods like fresh vegetables and fruits helps in overall improvement of low immunity level of influenza patients and boosts up natural resistance power of body by improving the count of white blood cells.

Inclusion of garlic or garlic supplements in regular diet helps in overall improvement of immunity system of a person. Those who suffer from frequent attack of influenza should continue with this garlic remedy around the year, it would prevent the frequency of influenza attack.

Consumption of ginger tea or garlic heal alleviates he bothering symptoms of influenza. 2-3alice or 2-3 cloves of half-meshed garlic should be used for preparation of the herbal tea.

Take ½ liter of water, let it boil for 1-2 minutes, then add holy basil leaves [1 gram] and add 3-4 slices of ginger in it. The herbal decoction should be boiled for another 4-5 minutes in closed lid condition. Strain the water and use it as tea base to enjoy quick relief from cold symptoms of flu attack.
