Heart attack warning symptoms
Heart attack is the result of sudden pause in blood supply in heart due to formation of blood clot. Due to this interrupted blood flow, heart muscles get damaged or partially destroyed. Death of heart muscle stimulates chest pain and instability in cardiac muscle tissues and this is like an attack on heart function thus called heart attack.
There are some specific symptoms of forthcoming heart attack; but often we tend to neglect these prior systems. This neglecting tendency, in an average, is more seen in men than women.
However, some common heart attack warning signs are described. Men are worst prey of this crisis because they have general tendency to neglect initial discomforts.
Chest pain is one of the most obvious symptoms of heart attack. The pain generally lasts for a few minutes and a discomfort of chest fullness is felt by majority of the patients.
Although the acute chest pain stays for a few minutes, the pain gets radiated and often we may feel pain in other parts of body. Sometimes patients of heart attack feel severe pain in shoulder, lower back region, and on arms. If by chance these sudden alarming pains are neglected, it may induce complication.
Abdominal pain is called referred pain in case of heart attack. In these situations, exerted pressure may create abdominal pain in severe intensity and this abdominal pain retains for longer period than chest or arm pain.
Sweating is one of the obvious symptoms of chest pain and heart attack problem. Mostly sweating is caused due to the undulation of blood pressure scale and due to feeling of severe unrest in the respiratory system of the patient. That is why along with sweating, some other symptoms like suffocation, nausea, urge to vomit, and fainting complications are also observed in the patients. In an average men suffer from these issues because their average negligence about general well being of health
There are multiple incidents heart attack is the immediate reflex action of panic attack. Although these incidents cannot be correlated, but it has been found that anxiety has a passive relation with heart attack.
Discomfort of lightheadedness is a minor by but quite evident symptom for impending heart attack. It has been observed in many instances that sudden incident of indigestion in men led toward the crisis of heart attack.
