Healthy diet is a balanced diet that keeps a proportional symmetry between intake of calorie, nutrition, and requirement of body in perspective of calorie and other minerals and vitamins. Generally, we understand diet as some regulations on the food regimen and the person under dieting must be conscious about food type and related calorie factors. The other common myth about diet is the normal tastelessness and unimpressive food menu that implies a sense of sacrifice in matter of food intake; a notion to control body weight is another motive attached with the idea of following of a diet plan.
On reverse to all these conceptions, diet is our daily food regime and ideal diet varies from one person to other as the major perspective of diet depends on the life style and the normalcy of the health system of the person going to maintain diet schedule. The main objective of diet is to keep health sound, to control accumulation of fat in the body, to maintain the health of hair and skin, as well as of bones, and that is why an ideal diet needs to be a perfect combination of carb, fat, protein, minerals, and vitamins.

Although ideal diet varies from on person to another depending on their age, life style, and food habits, the intake of vitamins and minerals are essential part of diet to keep the immunity system active and vibrant to back up the immunity system to protect body from common diseases. Fruits need to be consumed at daily basis in the diet chart and 8-10 glass of water needs to be taken daily. This helps to flush out the toxin inside the body and to keep our skin healthy and glowing. An ideal diet needs to be supported by daily exercise program to keep body flexible and free from accumulation of fat.
