Sex is great natural healer of pain. During sex oxytocin hormone secretion reaches at it’s four to five times increased level; oxytocin initiates secretion of endorphins which reduces pain with prompt effect. Therefore, consideration of sex is a reliable remedy for natural treatment of arthritis pain, headache, and bothering symptoms of PMS.

Sexual intercourse is great natural booster for physical immunity. It has been found that those who do sexual intercourse at least two times in a week are more resistant to cold and flu symptoms.

Satisfying sexual intercourse releases the level of stress and anxiety. Release of oxytocin creates better mutual relationship between both the partners and results in immediate tension relief.

Regular healthy sex is great booster of longevity due to the secretion of Dehydroepiandrosterone hormone which works as natural immunity enhancer and natural anti-depressant. DHEA stands responsible for healthy skin, natural repair of tissues and improves the level of cognition. It has found that regular sexual intercourse increases cardiovascular health and reduces chance of heart stroke.

Sexual intercourse has importance in improving blood circulation, which proves extremely beneficial for brain health due to deep breathing and augmented heart rate. While we work in gym and pursue costly and tiring diet schedule, it is wise to continue sexual intercourse twice or thrice in a week instead to get satisfactory and prompt success in weight loss programs and increasing over all fitness. Sex also promotes satisfactory production of testosterone which is good for strong bone health.

Sexual intercourse at regular frequency helps in satisfactory production of testosterone and estrogen hormone which makes men more competent in sex life and increases sex drive in women, Beside working as natural libido enhancer, estrogen works positively in maintain romantic mood in a lady and retains her youth. On the other hand, testosterone hormone determines the level of male fertility and takes care of bone health.
