There is no specific diet for urinary incontinence patients especially for urinary urge incontinence problems. Whatever the diet will be, overflow of bladder may take place at any point of time without any particular trigger. However, there are some dietary restrictions need to be imposed on the patients suffering from urinary incontinence problem and this article describes those 6 food triggers which may make the complication more adverse to handle.

The intake of fluid needs to be taken restricted. Although not taking fluid at all may trigger another serious problem of dehydration and taking adequate liquid may initiate the leakage in bladder. The middle venue will be the best for this problem to be sorted.

Spicy foods are not proper diet for the persons suffering from stress or urge incontinence. It creates some irritation in the bladder lining and triggers the urge to go for toilet and there is chance for bladder leakage.

Those who are suffering from urinary incontinence, it is better not to include carbonated drinks because it created unnecessary urge for toilet which triggers the sudden malfunctioning of bladder muscles.
