Hair Loss Prevention by Diet

Permanent hair loss is often initiated by hereditary hair loss problem but temporary or seasonal hair loss in most of the cases occurs due to climactic changes and due to nutritional deficiency. Incorporation of iodine rich foods help in controlling hair fall problem with better efficiency. Regular consumption of carrot, spinach, turnips, and cabbage is helpful; pine nuts, soybeans, mustard, millet, pumpkin, flaxseed, and walnut oils also prove potentially helpful in prevention of hair fall problems.
