Good And Bad Fats
Whenever you come across the very word “fats”, it kind of scares you and bothers you too. However, not all fats are bad and not all fats are good too. Is the whole context quite confusing for you? Nuts, fish, seafood and even olive oil is rich in good fats and helps you to keep healthy by ensuring no excess deposition of fats within the body and on the other hand, the good fats melt the bad fats quite easily. Excessive intake of dairy products and meat increases the bad fat content in the body and disrupts the smooth functioning of the body too. Thus, in order to keep yourself active and balance the required fat within the body you will have to consume right and consume health.
Frying your food in bad oil and consuming more of junk food also results into an increase of bad fats within the body. Thus, try to stick to vegetable oils and light sunflower or olive oils for cooking meals. Even if you eat French fries for snacks cooked in light oils, you would ensure more of health and fitness. You will be consuming fat in a good way this way and will automatically be able to regulate the excessive flow of bad fats in the body too.
Nevertheless consuming more of good fats is also not that healthy and can lead to problems too. Thus, while consuming fats you must observe two things. Firstly, try to increase the intake of good, unsaturated fats compared to bad fats and secondly try to balance the amount of good fat you consume.
The amount must always be in proportion to the requirement and should not cross the limits under any conditions. Replace the regular intake of butter, oil and cream with margarine, light oil and processed fat free cream to ensure the regular supply of good fats.
