Regular consumption of milk with honey will be helpful for the natural treatment for insomnia. This natural remedial drink needs to be consumed before going to bed at night, which works as natural tranquilizer; however the patients of lactose intolerance should not try this remedy.

Gentle massage of curds on the forehead helps curing the problem of insomnia as it induces sleep for its therapeutic effect.

You need to make a combination with bottle guard extract and sesame oil in 1:1 proportion and you should indulge in scalp massage with this herbal mixture at night at regular basis. Cooked leaves of bottle guard helps curing the problem of insomnia.

Consumption of natural honey added to lukewarm water [glassful] is a simple but efficient natural cure process of mild insomnia. Honey is enriched in sedative power and can seduce a person naturally without any recurring effect of medicine. Two teaspoons honey will suffice the medicinal purpose, it taken regularly.

Herbal made of aniseed is efficient in natural treatment of insomnia. Add one teaspoon of aniseed needs to be added in 300 ml water and boil it for 15 minutes in low heat. After it gets boiled for 15 minutes you can make tea out of this herbal decoction by following the simple process of making tea adding tea leaves in it.

The herbal tea should be sweetened by honey and need to be garnished by adding milk in it. This aniseed treated tea help curing the problem of insomnia in a larger extent.
