4. Talking to someone about quitting smoking would be an ideal way to take your mind off from this. Engaging yourself in outdoor activities would be the best way to keep your mind focused on quitting smoking. Create some ways to deal with the urges when they hit you. 5. Eating sunflower seeds has been proven to similar effect on the nervous system as nicotine. Many people have used this method to help them quit smoking.
