Those who work in dusty atmosphere or drives frequently, they should use eye protection glass otherwise dust and dust borne air can cause harm for delicate eye tissues. Those who drive two-wheelers, they should essentially use eye-protection glass to take care of eye from dust and dust borne allergens both in day and night.
Those who have trouble in eye sight; they should check their power once in every six months. The glasses for specs should be clean and scratch less. Those who cannot manage to take care of glasses, they should use scratch free fiber glass.

Dry fruits and vegetables are reliable source of vitamin-E; inclusion of sweet potatoes, animal liver; carrot and some green vegetables in daily diet supplies natural vitamin A in our health system, which is good for eye care.
