Easy Ways to Improve Your Eye Sight

Eyes are light of our life because we see through our eyes. That is why we should care for the well being and sound health of eyes. It is possible by availing some simple remedies, we can take care of our eyes naturally and if there is any problem of eye like redness, eye sight problem, regular history of headache, or problem of clear vision we need to consult eye specialist for proper consultation. Regular check ups and proper care is the first essential step for general eye care.

Food intake and exercise is the most effective natural way to keep eyes healthy. Out of foods, consumption of apple and grapes helps in improving the quality of eye sight. Regular intake of green, red, or yellow hued fruits and vegetables contain carotenoid and theses are natural source of vitamin A.

Good sources of Vitamin A are fresh milk, cheese, turnip, tomatoes, lettuce, soy beans, oranges, green peas, and dates and these food items should included in diet for maintenance of good eye health.

Consumption of cucumber juice improves eye sight and clears vision; regular intake of spinach helps in adding potential in eye health. Regular consumption as well as washing of eye with triphala decoction takes care of eye health.

Regular consumption of blueberry juice helps to improve the eye sight.

There are certain exercises which have proven benefit on good eye sight and natural maintenance of eye sight.

You need to close both the eyes tightly by closing the eyelids firmly. You need to open then firmly which will help you to feel the stretch. You should try to move your eyes in rotational movement for exercising on the optic muscles, regular practice of this simple exercise will surly help in making the optic muscles strong.
