Easy Treatment for Acne Vulgaris

Acne vulgaris is an indication of change in hormonal arrangement which creates somehow clogging in the skin pores causing inflammations at the skin surface. The most common form of acne vulgaris is whiteheads and blackheads. Other than these outbreak, infected abscesses and cysts forms the growth of acne vugaris which motly form in a cluster of outgrowths together. Generally, these inflammations are found in the end part of sebaceous glands.  Seborrhea or excessive oiliness is one of the main reasons for the occurrence of acne vulgaris. This skin disorder is mostly seen in teen age and not in mature ages.

Aromatherapy is one of the most effective natural remedies in controlling the recurrence of acne vulgaris; fernesol in aromatherapy oils, is an organic compound, help reducing the occurrence of acne and on regular use eliminate the problem absolutely. The oils which contain fernesol are jasmine, lavender, palma rosa, myrrh, sandalwood, and ylang–ylang. Regular application of these essential oils on acne outgrowth helps curing the problem; however, the essential oils need to be mixed with carrier oil like coconut or olive oil for safe use on skin.

Food intake and balance of diet is an important factor of controlling acne; avoidance of fried food, fatty acid, and processed sugar-based foods.
Fruit intake needs to be limited in order to control the intake of sugary items. On the other hand regular consumption of vitamin A and zinc foods help to reduce the intensity of recurrence of acne.

Intake of grains, fish, poultry, cereals, and low fat dairy products are beneficial for skin and helps actively in elimination of acne and its concerned infection.

Adequate consumption of 8?10 glass of water helps to flush out toxin from the body and helps to reduce the problem of acne.

Application of aloe Vera juice helps cuing the problem of acne vulgaris. A smooth paste made of cucumber is a perfect antidote for control of acne and its related problems. On the other hand, a mixture of orange peels and water is a good herbal antidote for acne and oily skin. Regular application of this paste will prevent the problem of acne; however, you can apply the paste on acne outgrowth also for 5-10 minutes and then it needs to be washed off with lukewarm water.

A paste made of natural honey and cinnamon powder helps to treat the problem of ace before bedtime and in the morning needs to be washed off with lukewarm water. The paste should be formed by mixing 3 tablespoon of natural honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
