Strep throat is a type of bacterial infection of the mucus membrane lining the pharynx. In some specific cases, this bacterial infection, due to severity, tends to impact on tonsil. Medically, this problem is termed as Streptococcal sore throat and this problem is observed to recur by its infliction mostly in the month of April and November when a seasonal transition period is observed resulting in close fluctuation climate.
