Having cold shower, two or three times, helps to shed off the internal discomfort and raised heat of body due to summer. Indulge yourself on cold wash for your face and neck line as many times you can; instead of taking frequent shower you can plan for frequent cold soak, it will help you to beat the heat efficiently.

Put some ice cubes in water and apply the cold water in your face; it will not only pamper you with cool feelings but also will tighten your pores and will make the skin tone firm.

Take an herbal combination of water and carrot juice [1:1] and soak a piece of linen into it. Put the linen around your neck line and lay down on your chest. This is an excellent natural cool off remedy for summer relief.

You can grate a cucumber and add some fuller’s earth in it. The paste should be smeared in whole body before bath. Allow the mask to get dry and then take cold shower and wash off the coat properly.  The natural effect of cucumber will keep the temperature cool and fuller’s earth will keep the pores unclogged and will prevent formation of body acne or boils.
