Easy Steps To Pamper Your Feet
Caring for feet is easy and least time consuming if you take care of the same regularly. Feet are the weight bearing part of our body, thus get stressed frequently due to over activity as well as on extensive workload. They demand some special attention. Clean, well groomed feet attract special focus, regular care regimen keeps the feet strong, and helps maintaining perfect scale of maneuverity.
There are three steps of general foot care; one is cleansing, second is toning and exfoliating, and the last one is pampering with moisturizer and massage oils.
For cleansing you need to soak the feet in lemon soak or any mild shampoo mixed lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. Then you need to take a lemon peel to rub it gently on the feet and on its finger gaps .
Extract of lemon will cure the fungal infection if there is any. For antibacterial effect you can add 3-4 drops of tea tree oil in the soak.
Next step of feet care includes exfoliation and toning of the foot skin. You can use any foot scrub lotion and a foot file for this purpose. With the scrubber and foot file you need to remove the dead cells from the feet and its edge.
When the dead cells will be removed, it will look like fresh and well toned. Then you need to clean feet properly. You need to pat and dry feet with proper care with soft towel. If you can keep your feet dry and clean, hardly there is any possibility for foot odor or toe nail fungus infection.
While you have thoroughly cleaned your feet, it is time to remove old nail polish if any with a quality nail polish remover and with a nail file; you need to shape nail cuticles at this poin of care. Apply a thick moisturizer; massage it gently on the toe and on the gap of the fingers.
Take a drop of tea tree oil in hand and massage it gently on the toe nails before putting further quote of nail polish. If you have cracked heel problem, after daily cleansing of feet wear cotton socks while going to sleep and apply foot cream on your heel around the year.
If your foot skin looks dull, apply a pack made of gram flour, lime juice, milk cream and a pinch of turmeric powder Apply on the feet and wash it off after some times with lukewarm water. Yu should repeat this pack once in a week to maintain the bright skin glow of feet.
