Easy Remedy for Backache in Men
Backache is a common problem for men and it happened due to multiple reasons like faulty working pattern, stress, problem of obesity, wrong posture of sleeping and sitting. In some cases, backache is observed in the lower back of men due to weakening of vertebral bone and inner vertebral disc.
The prevalent causes for backache are muscular strain, unwise lifting of weights, poor diet, arthritis, illness, mental tension, and lacking of exercise. On the other hand, prostrate problem and kidney problem as well as flu attack trigger the problem of backache.
Although it is wise to consult a doctor in case of moderate to mild backache but there are some primary home remedies which may reduce the intensity of the pain if the pain is occurred due to muscle contraction or due to cold attack.
Sometimes due lack of proper rest the problem of back ache persists for a longer time; is case you are suffering from backache you can sit for some times to relax to find whether rest is curing your backache or not. On the other hand, you better not to sit is a soft place or on a soft cushion or on a fixed posture for a long time.
While suffering from back pain you should avoid your effort to lift heavy objects from ground, it may make the case worse. It is highly recommended to take a break from hectic work schedule to get relaxed for some time; the relaxation provides relief from back pain problem. Gentle massage with garlic treated lukewarm mustard/olive oil helps reducing the problem.
Hot fomentation and regular sponging with gentle pressure on the muscles and spinal cord area will provide soothing relief from backache. Right posture of exercise may helps to enjoy relief from this nagging pain but for right posture you should take suggestion from a trade expert.
By all means you should avoid consumption of spicy foods and alcohol, these factors creates overload for kidney and may aggravate the problem of back pain if back pain is triggered by kidney stone or kidney related problem. However, in general condition also spicy foods and alcohol should be avoided because these generate toxins in body which initiate the problem of back pain.
