Sneezing is not a disorder itself; it is a symptom of nasal irritation. However, this type of nasal irritation is stimulated by different reasons like cold attack, or allergic reaction like food allergy, dust allergy, pollen allergy, or drug or perfume allergy. Those who are sensitive to cold or sensitive against climate fluctuations often start sneezing immediately in the adverse climates. A few easy home remedies are available to control the problem of sneezing.

Those who frequently suffer from sneezing problem can go for regular intake of soup and salad laced with black pepper. Inhalation of eucalyptus oil or peppermint oil into boiled water is also helpful for keeping control on the sneezing problem as the steam of these oils clears nasal congestion.
If someone is suffering from running nose and sneezing as the side effect of cold infection, he/she can drink chamomile herbal tea frequently, added with natural honey to enhance its herbal taste.
You can make a decoction with boiled water and meshed ginger. The decoction should be boiled for considerable time until the volume becomes ½ of its initial volume; some quantity of honey needs to be added in this decoction and this herbal medicine should be consumed at last one hour before going to bed. If you can practice this remedy regularly, it will prevent the morning attack of sneezing.
