Easy Recipes for Home-Made Facial Masks

Facial masks are applied for the toning of skin as well as it helps to clear off blemishes, age spots, and wrinkles. Honey facial masks are meant for dry to normal skin and it work good for skin hydration. First of all you need to rinse your face with lukewarm water so that pores get opened. You need to apply honey and leave the mask for ½ an hour. Then you need to rinse your face thoroughly with cold water to close the open pores.

Mature skin tends to be slightly wrinkled prone in nature. You can fight these wrinkles with banana mask. You need to take a ripe banana and need to mesh the same until it become a creamy pulp. Then this banana pulp needs to be smeared on face and neck region. After retaining it for 15-20 minutes it needs to be rinse off with hot water followed by cold water application.

You need to make a combination of two teaspoon of oatmeal, one tea spoonful baking soda, and adequate water to form a smooth paste. This paste is to be applied on the face and skin surface and the application needs to be followed by gentle rubbing of the mask after it gets semi-dried. This unique home-made mask is used for restoring elasticity of skin tone and it is appropriate for matured, oily to normal range of skin types.

You need to make an even mixture with one grated cucumber, one teaspoonful sugar, and boiled water and need to make a semi-liquid pulp out of these three ingredients.

You can keep the pulpy material in the refrigerator storing the content in an air tight container and use it in requirement. This facial scrub can be used on face as well as on the other part of the body. On regular use of this home-made mask, skin gets a natural glow and gets rid off age spots and acne scars like blemishes.
