Practicing safe sex is another protective norm for Hepatitis B and it is completely unwise to use others usable like razor, toothbrush, manicure tools, and needles which could bear the chance of contaminated blood of other infected person. Never indulge yourself for piercing by non-sterile instruments and for full proof protection you should take Hepatitis B vaccination.
For the precaution from hepatitis C you need to be protective about your wounds and personal usable, especially if you are a carrier of this disease. Practicing safe sex and restricted intake of alcohol would ensure better prevention. Using common usable or lending personal usable is dangerous.
Unless the patient is infected by hepatitis B, he/she cannot be infected by hepatitis D. That is why ensuring protection from hepatitis B would be enough for the protection of hepatitis D.
