Easy Hair Care Tips for Healthy Hair

Healthy hair is not only a natural asset; it is the mirror of healthy immunity system and healthy living style of an individual. Some easy tips for healthy hair are mentioned here, on following which can effect on hair health, growth, and on natural shine, efficiently and positively.

Before application of shampoo in hair you should apply some hot oil in the scalp followed by thorough combing by wide toothed comb. This brushing would remove the loose dirt and dusts from the hair follicles.

After shampoo you should always apply conditioner in your hair, however, pre-shampoo oil treatment and post-shampoo conditioner treatment would help you to maintain natural balance of hair and thus keep hair healthy and strong.

Although hair should be cleaned once or twice in a week, but if it is required to have more wash to make hair dust-free, you should avail the washing option, however,in post- shampoo period you should smear good conditioner on hair follicles[not on scalp] to protect the natural oil balance as well as natural bounce of hair.

While washing hair you can optionally use lukewarm water, but for final rinse cold water is more preferred option. However, use of too hot or too cold water is harmful for hair health and its natural looks.

Natural air drying is the most preferred option of hair drying; unless it is an emergency, hair dryer should not be used. If it is used even, you should use it from a distance so that the artificial dry air should not impact adverse on hair quality. In case of colored hair, the use of hair drier should be restricted in order to avoid adverse impact of dry and brittleness in hair tone.

Never try to comb you hair when it is in wet condition, always prefer brushing when your hair is half-dried. You should prefer wooden hair brush, not a metal one specifically.

You should try to avoid hair styling products as maximum as possible, rather stress on balanced diet and healthy life style. The natural beauty will be reflected in hair volume and on natural look spontaneously.

Avoidance of processed foods and carbonated drinks or alcohol will prove advantageous for healthy hair growth. By every 6-8 weeks you need to trim the hair-ends in order to avoid the possibility of split ends.
