Easy Aromatherapy While You Are On Travel Board

While on travel we have hardly any time to indulge on lengthy beauty session or for any salon relaxation. However, if the travel schedule gets lengthy then it takes a toll on skin and on hair and after coming back to normal everyday life it takes time to cope with the frizzy hair, under eye darkness and sun burn spots. There are many benefits of aromatherapy. However, tackling these issues on wheel is easy with simple remedies of aromatherapy.

Take a body massage with one drop of lavender oil mixed with one drop of marjoram oil with a combination of calendula oil or with sweet almond oil after a refreshing bath to reduce the whirling symptoms of jetlag.

Sometimes cluster headache or migraines becomes a lingering botheration post jet lag period. Gentle massage with a herbal concoction of peppermint oil, lavender oil, and sweet almond oil [one teaspoon each] on neck, forehead, temples will surely comfort the ache and will restore your alertness.

If you sprinkle a few drops of lavender on your pillow cover before bedtime at night it will help you lull in comfortable sleep during the night and will feel fresh in the morning.

You are heading for hectic day and strenuous work schedule? Get fresh and vibrant with herbal aroma all day around!! Sprinkle some jasmine or rose oil on your apparel and feel fresh all day long.

Feeling sick for motion sickness? Try some peppermint oil or some lavender oil on handkerchief and feel fresh in a few minutes. While on travel if you suffer from indigestion can try peppermint tea; it will ease the problem.

In case of stomach pain, or flatulence gently massage your tummy with mixture of sweet almond oil and 2-3 drops of chamomile oil in clockwise manner, this simple aroma massage therapy will vanish the stomach pain almost instantly and you will fell fresh for your nest pending assignment.

Application Aloe Vera oil helps cure the burning sensation and spots of sun tan-it is a perfect pampering agent for skin after hectic outdoor work. Herbal mixture of aloe Vera, chamomile, and calendula or any of these oils helps curing the pain and spots due to minor injury and bruise spots.

If you feel problem with insect bite and mosquito repellent in your room while in travel apply a thin coat of lavender on your body and exposed part, and the insects will be way from you. These type of common ailments can be cured by aromatherapy.
