Easy and Handy Care Recipe for Oily Hair

You need to brew tea in a cup of water and then add fresh lemon extract from one entire lemon. Let the mixture of tea and lemon juice be cooled, and then apply it on hair. Let the herbal infusion be there on scalp for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with lots of running water. Tanic acid of tea will destroy excess oil and dirt, and lemon will route natural shine as well as will prevent formation of dandruff in the oily hair.
Certain essential oils work great on the oil controlling problem of oily hair. These essential oils reduce the oil production and thus prevent hair from being oily. You need to combine lemongrass essential oil with rose geranium essential oil and add the combination into your shampoo bottle and it will help in reducing the oil production of your hair.
For oily hair, frequent use of conditioner is not essential, however, if you with to use the same, always select a conditioner appropriate for oily hair and apply it only on hair follicles only, neither on the roots of the hair nor on the scalp.
Hair styling products tend to make hair oily and greasy, so the use of these products should be limited in oily hair styling. However, diet also plays a major role in controlling oil secretion of body. It is better to avoid fried foods and spicy foods because due to liberal consumption of these oily foods natural oil secretion of body gets stimulated and oily hair looks more oily and frizzy as the sheer result.
