Easy And Efficient Home Remedies of Diarrhea

Diarrhea is a physical disorder where the patients suffer from the trouble of frequent passage of watery stool. Popularly known as loose motion, diarrhea creates major dehydration in body which may cause death if not treated properly and timely.

There are different causes for diarrhea like overeating, bacterial and viral infection, incomplete digestion, faulty diet, intake of contaminated food, bowel allergy, damage in intestinal tract etc.

Make an infusion with cold boiled water with one teaspoon honey in it.  Diarrhea patient is advised to consume this simple infusion by slow sipping. This simple remedy cures diarrhea and provides relief from the abdominal cramping.  To make this water and honey infusion, 3-4 table spoon of honey is to be added into 8 ounce of water.

An herbal mixture is to be formed by mixing roasted fennel seeds, white cumin seeds, and unrefined sugar together, with 1:2:1 proportion; this medicinal mixture is to be consumed in every morning by one teaspoonful amount till the problem of diarrhea is not over. This remedy is a reliable remedy for chronic diarrhea.

Frequent consumption of plenty of water is an effective supportive remedy against diarrhea in order to replenish the lost fluid from body due to frequent passing of watery stool. Unless a diarrhea patient maintains his/her fluid balance of body, there is dire risk of setting dehydration which might prove dangerous for the patient.
