Dieting is done always with a motivation or for a goal to achieve. Fiber and proteins are recommended widely in diet plans and unless one consumes these items with strict calculation, over intake of these two ingredients may cause negative effects thus the whole process of dieting gets a negative impression for the dieter.

Good planning of diet helps fighting disease and infection potentially; the negative effect of diet impacts bulimia, anorexia, and in these instances, diet factor will be proved as negative factor to the life style irrespective of its potential and utility for healthy living.
