Diet plays a major way to recover and further prevention of hair loss problem. Weak immunity system and lesser natural resistance of body act as one of the triggering reason to initiate hair loss problem and deficiency of vitamin and minerals affects further development of hair which in normal course substantiate the hair loss factor with new growth of hair.

The diet rich in silica, calcium, and vitamin helps to prevent the problem of hair loss or helps to control the intensity of hair loss problem. Inclusion of leafy and green vegetables, dried fruits, calcium enriched foods, beet, cherry juice, and raw oat are beneficial for better hair growth and control over hair loss problem.

Sometimes anemia may cause the problem of hair loss and in this situation iron rich foods help to revive the situation and in this situation soy foods, beet roots, raisin, dates, and dairy products may help to fulfill the iron deficiency causing positive impact on hair loss problem.

Coconut in its culinary processor in raw form is a wonderful natural diet for hair loss problem. Coconut based foods help to prevent hair loss problem in a major way; consumption of carrot, beet, ginger and onion in diet in moderate amount ensures better health and natural bounce for hair. Proper diet ensures proper hair growth also. Brown rice, plain rice, and oats are good for hair health and regular consumption of these foods help to control hair loss problem.

Whole grains, nut, green vegetable, and seeds are beneficial for hair growth thus consumption of these foods help preventing hair loss problem. Winter squash, black beans, beans and pumpkin are good for hair health. Cold drinks, excessive sweets and food made on refined carbohydrates are to be discarded to avoid the generation of free radicals in health system which causes major reason for weak hair health and initiates hair loss problem as aside effect of weakness.
