Diet To Prevent Acne

There is some sort of controversy over acne diet. Somehow it is obvious that a healthy balanced diet boosts immunity system naturally and helps to prevent acne formation forming a natural resistance. If the diet is comprised of balanced nutrients, right proportion of vitamins, and consumption of adequate water in daily basis, the healthy glow and refreshed immunity system will surely be reflected in the skin tone instead of acne occurrence.

In short the diet to fight acne must include plenty of fresh vegetables, green, red, and yellow hued vegetables, non-processed food items, and plenty of water.

Acne diet is more about the exclusion of the items which may trigger the problem worse. If the general triggering causes can be excluded the problem will be under control and you can mange your skin clarity with much botheration. It is better to list the not to eat items to make a healthy acne preventive diet for better look and better level of comfort.

Milk need to be avoided in case of acne problem, because in some cases milk may worsen acne occurrence due to some particular hormone in milk which triggers the breakdown of acne. However it is not the cream in milk which is problem some. So it is better to limit your milk intake up to one glass per day.

Although it is not scientifically proven fact but some dieticians and doctors suggest that over intake of sugar may initiate more formation of acne. So consumption of chocolates, soft drinks, and sweets intake needs to be restricted.

Omega3 fatty acid is a skin friendly product which prevents formation of acne. So fish meal is a good diet option in acne prevention program.
Vitamins are good remedy for acne prevention but before taking any vitamin supplement you should consult your doctor once.

Otherwise, consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables may supply you adequate vitamin requirement.

Adequate zinc in diet helps to prevent the problem of acne. Eggs, mushrooms, and whole grains are natural sources of zinc, so it is safe to include these items in your acne preventive diet for better result.

If you follow this restricted diet at least for 2-4 weeks along with clinical treatment of skin, surely you will find improvement in the condition. At least a healthy eating will not cause you any worsening effect. Still before trying any thing new you can consult your doctor once.
