Diet to Fight Menopausal Syndrome

Setting of menopause in a woman’s life indicates the permanent termination of her monthly periodical cycle as well as her reproductive capacity. To avoid the chance of urinary track infection (UTI), you need to drink sufficient mount of water. Indulge in practicing yoga, it ill help to make pelvic muscles strong. To retain the elasticity and aging of skin carrot juice and coconut water are beneficial.
