If there are feel-good colors, feel-good life styles, and feel-good musical numbers, there is a regimen of friendly diet chart which helps to promote feel-good mood. Those who are suffering from depression, or feel suppressed under stress and anxiety, the feel-good diet may help them by maintaining good mood, and preventing frequent mood swings.
There are a few guidelines which help retaining good and stable mood; we can retain good mood and stable mind if we indulge in taking carbohydrate types of foods as main food base. Consumption of protein –based foods help making a person alert as well help in better thought processing.
However, if we consume fat based food and deep fried foods, the food intake activates certain neurotransmitter, endorphin by name, which helps keeping good mood and prevents unnecessary mood fluctuation.

Vitamin A based foods help preventing fluctuation of mood; baby corn, carrot, green vegetables and red or yellow hued fruit contain Vitamin A abundantly. Consumption of vitamin C and vitamin E helps curing the problem of frequent mood fluctuation or mood swing; that is why vitamin C- and E- rich diet help to prevent anxiety, stress, and depression. Tomato, Almond, Sesame, Sea food are the items rich is vitamin C, and E.

For example, protein and carbohydrate intake together helps to keep better concentration with better control on mood retaining proper balance on emotions. Combination of bread with low fat cheese is a good balanced feel-good food which helps to keep mood swing in control.
Type of foods intake helps in determining the emotional balance of a person; instead of larger meals, small meals in short duration is better for blood sugar level. Proper blood sugar level maintains required energy level thus keep strong hold on mood fluctuation.
