However, high blood pressure diet differs from low blood pressure diet abruptly because when blood pressure goes below the normal range of pressure, the blood pressure level is denoted as low blood pressure. On contrary there is no fixed normal level of blood pressure it varies from one person to another depending on his stature, life style, body mass etc.
As high blood pressure may cause heart failure due to over burden, heat fail may occur due to low blood pressure due to inadequate supply of blood.
Therefore the ideal diet for low blood pressure should have a motto to uplift the pressure level in normal level, here normal pressure level is considered 120/80mm/Hg. In fact diet is one of the effective ways to control blood pressure to a healthy level.
In most cases low blood pressure is initiated by lack of nutrition so an ideal low pressure preventive diet should be comprised of vitamin B complex, vitamin C helps to fight the problem efficiently.
Adequate consumption of water helps to fight the problem of low blood pressure; it maintains normal level of hydration and Ph level of body. On reverse, the consumption of alcohol set in dehydration and can be considered a negative gent triggering the low down of blood pressure in a low-blood pressure patient.
High carbohydrate diet does not work to substantiate the deficiency rather tends to trigger it more. In lieu of that small part of low count carbohydrates are proven more effective is restoring blood pressure level in the normal range.
Fruits taken with milk help to raise low blood pressure in normal level. However, if you have lactose intolerance, you need to consume plenty of fruits or diluted fruit juice.
Apart from fruits, grains, peas, nuts, and beans are ideal to be included in diet regimen. Consumption of egg, fish and chicken proves beneficial for low blood pressure diet.
Salt plays a vital role in raising low blood pressure into normal level. Therefore, intake of half teaspoon salt and some salty foods as snacks can be takes as a supportive diet ingredient.
Regular exercise and yoga practice helps to get optimum benefit from healthy and ideal low pressure diet to raise the low blood pressure level to a normal range.
