Diet for Fibromyalgia Patients
Although dietary changes may cause advantageous for certain fibromyalgia patients, there is no prolific diet mentioned for these patients. Medical history or research also never vouches for any particular changes or recommends for any particular diet/supplements for fibromyalgia patients, however, the diet conscious patients of this disease claim the betterment in their condition by following a restricted diet.
The general and over all guideline for planning a diet is healthy eating and to eat in a balance. So the diet should be planned in this way so that the associated aliments like high blood sugar, food allergies, lethargy, digestive problems, and possibilities of headaches should not be bothering for the suffering patient addition to his present problems.
The patients of fibromyalgia should avoid consumption of trans fats, fried foods, red meat, refines and processed carbohydrates, kin and fats on meat and poultry, processed meats, normal types of cheese, alcohol, caffeine intake by consumption of excessive tea or coffee, carbonated soft drinks, chocolates and cadies in order to restrict the possibility of lowering the immunity and consumption of excess calorie.
The foods like red meat caffeine indulges the generation for free radicals which disturbs the harmony of health system causing unnecessary worsening of the disease and it intensity.
Apart from these restrictions, the use of sugar needs to be restricted.
The ideal/ congenial diet for fibromyalgia should be made of soluble dietary fiber, fish and its preparation for natural source of omega 3 essential fatty acids, fruits in raw form, vegetables, fat free milk or soy milk, herbal teas, and 8-10 glasses of water should be included into daily diet. In some specific case, intake of citrus fruits may cause the problem of acidity. In these cases fruits should not include citrus fruits in it.
The best possible solution for person diet plan of a fibromyalgia patient is maintaining his her own food chart and the reaction on certain foods .If the routine and the associative reactions can be maintained for a longer time, the patient himself /herself will be able to plan the ideal diet plan fir his/her fitness and nutrition.
