Extensive study and research reveals the fact that the disease on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease can be treated by dietary change on the suffering patient. The negative and critical part of this problem is while the problem of fatty liver displays hardly any symptoms but triggers the inflammation of the liver; unless the rolling of the disease is checked it tends toward cirrhosis of liver as well as developing hepatitis of liver. Gradually due to this problem permanent failure of liver remains onset.

High glycemic foods are known agents for raising blood sugar level as well as to contributing the infliction of fatty liver problem in health system. White rice, white bread, concentrating sugar, and almost all kind of breakfast cereals available in market are examples high glycemic foods and these foods need to be strictly prohibited by the patient of fatty liver.

In all way carbohydrate rich foods are to be avoided because with obesity, they tend to aggravate the problem of fatty liver.

Low glycemic foods are responsible for lowering blood pressure level, vegetables, fruits, unprocessed grains, and beans are the examples of low glycemic foods.

The ideal diet for fatty liver should be comprised of low calorie, low in saturated fat count, high fiber content as well as ideally should be made of 30% calorie value of the diet plan should come from fat content of diet.

Sometimes weight loss programs are advised by the doctors for the better health of their patients, however, availing any sort of crash diet will not favorable for the health of liver. In fact, the craze of fast losing weight may worsen the case of fatty liver and may lead to the severe damage of digestive system abruptly.

The latest studies and research supports the fact that the foods rich in soy protein may lead to develop the problem of fatty liver associated with the problem of diabetes.
