Diet for Acne Prevention

Wrong diet is one of the main reasons for acne infection; but there are no fixed and obvious dietary remedies for the natural treatment of acne. Somehow, there are some foods ingredients, intake of which should be strictly restricted by the acne sufferers. That is why instead of typical acne diet, there are some golden dietary rules for acne prevention.
The basic rules for acne prevention diet are limiting bad fats and drastically elimination of sugary and carbohydrate-based items from regular diet menu.
These restrictions will reduce consumption of fatty and greasy foods as well as foods with high glycemic ingredients which is congenial for quick recovery from acne problem. It has to realize that acne diets are not acne cure diet but it is a supportive diet, which prevents recurrence of acne.
Those who suffer from recurrence of acne should avoid milk because milk contains certain hormones, which may initiate breakouts of acne lesions. However, milk consumption should not be absolutely forbidden but it is to be absolutely restricted in regular diet.
Although there is no scientific reason behind this hypothesis, but a big groups of acne specialist doctors advice to cut down sugar intake for acne cure treatment. Chocolates, soft carbonated drinks, and sweets are the most notorious food items, which should be stringently restricted. Junk foods, processed foods, and canned foods are to be avoided as much as possible to get rid off this problem with immediate effect.
Zinc is an efficient acne antidote. Consumption of zinc in regular diet through foods is healthy and beneficial for acne treatment. Eggs, mushrooms, and whole grains are the foods, which are rich in zinc content, which proves beneficial for acne cure and further prevention of this issue.
Omega-3-fatty acid is potentially good for natural treatment of acne. Omega-3-fatty acid is available in fish oil and thus consumption of fish diet is good curative remedy for acne breakouts. Cod, tuna, and salmon are reliable source of fish oil, those who do not like fish in diet, may consider consumption of fish fat supplement.
Intake of some vitamins is good for acne treatment because these ingredients create natural immunity of health system which can prevent recurrence of acne. Most important vitamins for acne treatment are vitamin A and vitamin B5; however excessive intake of vitamins may cause toxemia, before taking any vitamins one should consult the concerned doctor for right and recommended doses.
Instead of taking vitamin supplements consumption vitamin enriched fruits and vegetable are better option for prompt cure of acne problem.
