Dengue Fever
Dengue fever is also known in the name of dandy fever and it is a mosquito transmitted health disorder caused by certain virus. This is an acute ailment displayed by symptoms like headache, exhaustion, fever, severe muscle and joint pains; in some severe cases along with these symptoms, swollen glands and body rash also comes in observation. Basically people with low level of immunity power get inflicted by the virus of dengue or dandy fever.
There are four stereo typed viruses in one category which may cause the infliction of dengue in body. This is the reason dengue can recur multiple time for a person, any way as total virus is four and one attack proves self immunization of that particular virus, in common cases a person can be inflicted by dengue virus maximum four time, unless some new virus comes in this community.
Dengue hemorrhagic fever is the most fatal form of the dengue fever types. Apart from general symptoms, bleeding from nose, gums, black stools and almost spontaneously bruising displays the signs of hemorrhage; small red or purple colored blisters occurs on the skin surface. This type of dengue fever is considered as life threatening and in some specific cases deadly.
This form of fever is spread from a specific type of mosquito bite where the mosquito is already infected by a dengue infected person. Although the maximum breeding of this types of mosquitoes thrive in rainy season but in any unused open places where stagnant water is keep for along time may be a good breeding place of this types of mosquitoes.
One mosquito bite by already infected mosquito can transmit the disease in a fresh person. This particular type of mosquitoes bite at the dawn or in the late afternoon and using mosquito net is the safest way to avoid the problem of dengue fever.
Dengue fever is not contagious and can only be spread by person-mosquito-person contact and not by any external contamination.
