Common Anxiety Symptoms
Anxiety is a generic term for a wide range of disorders, which results in nervousness, fear, feeling of panic, apprehension, and general feeling of distress. These disorders regulate our usual behaviors and display physical symptoms associated to stress and anxiety. In general where we can run our daily works with mild anxiety burden, constant and extreme anxiety level has serious and severe adverse impact on our life and daily course of activities.
In short when anxiety itself becomes a dominant factor in our lives, it is to be accounted as a major problem and the issue needs major concern. There are some symptoms, which may help to anticipate the state of anxiety and panic attack in between the anxiety stricken patients.
Most anxieties are caused or imposed by some triggers and these triggers vary from one person to another. There are groups of people who always get tensed and there are other groups of anxiety stricken people who suffer from anxiety attack under some certain situations.
However, irrespective of different triggers, there is a universal similarity between the anxiety disorder patients that they all feel the stress of anxiety while being threatened by certain factors.
There are basically two categories of anxiety symptoms, one is emotional symptoms of anxiety and then there are emotional symptoms of anxiety.
In general, with primary symptoms of irrational behaviors and unconditional fear, an anxiety patient often shows some other secondary symptoms. Emotional restlessness, irritability, feeling trouble in concentrating, anticipation for worst situations, tension, feeling blankness in brain, and being extremely apprehensive or fearful are the common secondary symptoms of the anxiety patients.
Whatever we feel, we have the expression on our face or we display our feeling by physical symptoms. Similarly, anxiety feeling is also displayed by certain physical symptoms spontaneously and in most of the cases the symptoms are misinterpreted as the medical illness of the anxiety patients instead of their actual problem of anxiety phobia.
The common physical symptoms displayed by anxiety patients are excessive sweating, muscle cramp, hammering heart, palpitation, breathlessness, lightheadedness, stomach upset, frequent urge for urination, insomnia, non-curable fatigue, and mild to severe spell of headache.
