Bread Diet

Normally, people have the misconception that breads are one of the worst foods and are extremely harmful while one is following a strict diet. However, it can easily be put off by considering it as a myth. You really do not require switching to only brown bread while following a strict diet regime.

Opting from any bread will help; you maintain a significant balance and will let you construct a diet plan just based on bread. Bread with a nominal calorie will not create much of a problem if you devise a diet plan based on the same.

Start your day with bread, eggs and a cup of juice or coffee. You can choose any bread of your choice ranging from plain milk bread to buns or even the more experimental spicy or sweet breads. If you are concerned about the calorie count in butter and cheese, you can easily replace them with some more interesting spreads and fillings.

Nevertheless, beginning the day with just bread and eggs is the best idea to go about the diet. You can just apply a layer of margarine on the bread and have it along with simple egg poach with a cup of coffee or tea or even a juice of your choice.

In the afternoon, you can simply eat boiled vegetables and boiled chicken or fish along with slices of bread or even try out soup and bread. Try putting some butter on the toasted slices and dip them in the soup of your choice. This will not only help you get a better taste but will also give you enough scope for experimentation.

Do not worry about the calories, as the soup will balance the little butter that you put on the breads. Slice breads will work better during the lunch. As for the boiled vegetables, you can add a bit of spice to the whole dish by trying to use some tasty sauce.

For the dinner, you can try a tastier dish and end the day on a fuller note. Meat during the last meal is a good option and can add taste to the otherwise pale bread. You can even try out the bread with cheese and compliment the whole with some hot chocolate or coffee.
