Blood Type Diet

What you eat and whatever essential components you consume through your daily diet are all led back into the blood by the circulatory system. Thus, one important fact that almost every diet fails to recognize is that every blood group has varied antigen present within the blood stream and thus, eating according to the antigen factor is more than essential.

Giving the body suitable antigen compatible food is the essence of the blood diet and helps in planning that effective diet which ultimately serves all health purposes of the body to a good extent.You do not have to worry much because the basic idea of the diet might seem too uncommon at the first go. However, planning the blood diet is rather simple and does not require much expertise as well.

What is more interesting about the blood diet is that you have to choose the foods for your daily meals according to your blood group and have to avoid some food components owing to your group only.However, the diet has nothing to do with your rhesus factor and only takes into consideration the group you belong.

Generally, an O blood group person must balance his/her diet with a good amount of high protein and meat. Seafood and salty foods along with loads of meat and fish is very effective for people of this blood group. However, they must avoid cabbage, cauliflower and other foods like legumes and grains. Nevertheless on the other hand the A blood group type people must strictly follow a vegetarian meal and eat loads of natural food and try to ignore the poultry products as much as possible.

The group A people is just the opposite of the O people. Thus, they should exercise less and must not give too much stress, as their diet must be less as well. However, the O people are more active and energetic and thereby require more of protein. The luckiest though are the people with AB blood group. They can exactly balance their meals and lifestyle absolutely like a trick and can eat everything in a good quantity. Overdoing is what they must never do.

Coming back to the B blood group people, you will never feel you can delete anything from their diet. They must be feed as an omnivore and their meals must include loads of poultry, meat and fish along with some proportions of vegetables and dairy products. Out of all the blood groups the A, group people are extremely sensitive and very thoughtful and creative thus, considering a good healthy diet will help renew them from within and will uplift their spirits as well.

The blood group type diet is thus, more of a wholesome diet that rather completes your daily requirements by fulfilling all your physical and spiritual needs.  When you are looking up to this diet for weight loss then just remember to eat balanced and cut out the extras as much as possible. However, once you have planned the diet properly you can carry on eating the same for days without much worry.
