Cranberries are small berries belonging to the group of bilberries and blueberries. Most often cranberry is available in crimson red or in deep red color and these small berries, despite their small size, are packed with loads of nutrients. Cranberry can be consumed as fruit, as in the form of extract, or in the form of fruit juice. However, it is always recommended to consume cranberry in juice form instead of going for its preservative mixed juice, home made cranberry juice is best for health. However, if somebody prefers, he /she can add some apple juice with cranberry juice for better taste.

The juice of cranberry is packed with different nutrients like vitamin C, antioxidants, natural dietary fiber, phytochemical nutrients, and due to its versatile medicinal qualities regular consumption of cranberry juice is always suggested against different disease as natural solution.

Cranberry juice for medicinal helps is used most popularly against the problem of urinary tract infection. It destroys the bacterial infection and prevents from further recurrence of the infection on urinary tract.

    Just don’t drink to much of it at once, I drank about 64 oz’s to help detox my body of THC and it ended up with me and a bad case of mud but. Passed the test tho!
