Backache Treatment By Home Remedies

Backache is a common problem in our hectic routine. In minor cases, we take pain killer or use pain relieving sprays and never looks at the permanent solution rather console our mind finding fault with sitting postures and on workload. But there may be some other reasons behind backache and our prime goal should be to find out the primary reason behind this problem. In most of the cases, backache is felt in the back portion and very often it tends to spread at the both sides of waist and hips and has general tendency to low down with sever intensity. In fact, in severe case of back pain, normal maneuverity of a patient is greatly affected.
Although in general, sitting postures and joint problems are the main reasons for backache but there may be other reasons like use of high heel, lack of exercise, inadequate nutrition, prostrate problem, female disease like vaginal tract infection, spondylosis, and arthritis; in these cases practicing some home remedies may give positive results for a certain time, but unless the reason of this problem will not be totally eliminated, this painful condition will persist on and on. That is why doctor’s consultation is important especially if the application of home remedies proved unsuccessful in pain management effectively.
Lemon is a useful natural remedy for back pain and lemon juice with common salt needs to be taken twice daily for a certain period. This will definitely reduce the intensity of pain.
Garlic is an important ingredient in controlling backache. Consuming 2-3 cloves of garlic in empty stomach in morning is a good home therapy to manage backache. Garlic clove heated with mustard oil is good massage oil effective for reducing backache. Those who have allergy from mustard oil or do not like the loud flavor of mustard oil can use coconut oil or sesame oil. Vigorous body massage needs to be followed by a hot water bath and this process needs to be continued for at least 20-21 days without any interruption.
Proper dieting is required to reduce the formation of toxin in body; so, spicy and junk food should be avoided. Intake of strong tea, coffee, alcohol is to be reduced and regular practice of yoga with the instruction from a trade expert will be beneficial in reducing the effect of backache.
