Back pain remedies

Back pain is one of the most common forms of chronic pain we face in our everyday life. Depending on the intensity, back pain may be of different types, such as mild, moderate, and severe. While mild back pain induces irritations and discomfort in managing everyday activities, severe back pain results in acute difficulty in bending forward and sideways as well for its victims.Pain killer tablets and pain reliever sprays may work well in reducing the intensity of back pain but these are not permanent solutions. It is not safe even to take pain killer tablet at regular basis. Some natural remedies may treat the problem of back pain safely; however, it is always good to see a doctor for clinical investigation of the back pain problem.

Regular use of garlic in cooking process is a reliable remedy to control the recurrence of back pain. Instead of using garlic in cooking, one should consider taking garlic supplements at regular basis for the treatment of back pain problem.

A warm decoction made of boiled water and 8-10 fresh leaves of holy basil is a great natural medicine for back ache. This simple natural medicine will provide immense relief from back pain discomfort on long-term-use of it. Regular consumption of vitamin-C supplement or fruits with vitamin-C content will control the problem of back pain recurrence.

Those who suffer from chronic back pain issue should use hard bed for sleeping. It is good to sleep on back, never on face down position.

Application of meshed potato poultice on the aching area will bring great relief. The potato poultice should be retained on the aching back for at least one hour with a bandage.
