Autoimmune Disease
Autoimmune diseases are the result of overactive immune response of body against the internal arrangement of body; in other words autoimmune disease is the adverse action of body against its own cells.
The worst part of auto immune disease is it affects the normal function of immunity problem. In normal case, immunity system works as a natural resistance of body against any infection or inducing diseases, in case of auto immune disease, the blood cells of the affected person forms an antibody that goes against the health system of own body.
There are multiple numbers of autoimmune diseases and quite normally, there are multiple types; depending on the severity of the disease and its attack, the intensity of the symptoms are observed with the affected persons.
Still there are some general symptoms for these diseases like unusual exhaustion and fatigue, meaningless giddiness, non-specific feeling of illness, mild fever, a tattered disorientation, anxiety and irritability, frequent weight fluctuation, gastric or digestive problem, hyper-sensitivity to cold and general non-responsiveness of immunity system.
All these symptoms are no-specific typed and apparently vague in significance because these symptoms resemble with many other diseases without autoimmune type.
However, autoimmune diseases are somehow typical kind of disorders and the perfect reasons behind the infliction of these diseases are not yet known. It is anticipated that in case of auto immune disease, the health system of body goes against normal condition and normal set up of body and tend to attack the body tissues in an adverse way.
Apart from heredity, there are some other factors which may cause autoimmune disease in turn like viral infection, environmental toxins, excessive sun or UV radiation exposure, deficiency of iodine, induced pregnancy, and constant burden of stress and anxiety.
There are some other factors like wrong life style, faulty diet for a long time, irregular exercise, inadequate sleep, and abuse done by tobacco and alcohol consumption, which are accounted as major reasons for induction for autoimmune diseases in health system.
Rheumatoid Arthritis, multiple sclerosis, type-1 diabetes, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Psoriasis, Scleroderma, and Autoimmune Thyroid Diseases are some of the known autoimmune diseases although there are many other autoimmune diseases which are lesser known to us.
