Anti-aging food

Anti-aging diet works as an antidote of ageing, which results in younger look and vibrant immunity system, is the key to live a healthy life. Anti-aging diet is not a utopia nor is a combination of tasteless unimpressive list of foods but it is some special fruits to consume and ingredients needs to be added in cooking which have miraculous effect on aging prevention. Our body is made of millions of cells and after a certain time the old decaying cells are replaced by new cells and the process is called rejuvenation which works as a reverse process of aging. By maintaining an anti-aging diet schedule we indulge the process of cell generation to prevent the aging naturally.

There are many foods which boosts cell regeneration and these are all categorized an anti-aging food. Almost all of these products are rich in omega-3-fatty acid and antioxidants, and nutritional values of these foods are enriched with elements like Vitamin-A, vitaminB-12, vitamin B-6, vitamin-c, vitamin-E, Beta Carotene, Folic acid and selenium.

In our common edible items berries, seaweeds, olive oil, barley green, garlic, green leafy vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, are rich in antioxidants and minerals that keeps the health system active and works fine to prevent decaying of the cell generation system. Nowadays Goji berries are considered one of the best anti-aging fruits. These particular berries are found in Himalayan region and it is a secret for younger look and longer lives, as per the opinions of the Himalayan tribes are concerned.

Along with taking anti-aging food one should be conscious about taking food that causes accumulation of fat and creates sugar, hypertension, and prevents the process of sell regeneration and stimulates the process of aging. The food high in carbohydrate count is considered restricted food because of its tendency to act reverse to anti-aging initiative of body. Thus, foods with sugar, chocolate, pasta, soy products are need to be taken in a restricted manner to get the optimum benefit of anti-aging diet. But in case of pregnant women, where extra calorie is an essential requirement, soy products or pasta can be a perfect diet to keep the calorie requirement in balance. Anti-aging diet works better in slightly under-weight condition; therefore regular exercise to burn out the extra calorie is essential to get the optimum benefit out of the anti-aging diet regimen.

    Always something to say..I always feel rejuvenated when I see the foods that keep you healthy…We all go off the wagon at times…(My birthday the other day I consumed great quantities of sugar and other no no…But back on track today with lots of salads and veggies and fruit…THe best thing about eating healthy is that you feel better.
