Anemia Is A Major Health Disorder

Anemia is basically caused by lacking of nutrition in food causing acute deficiency of iron and in hemoglobin count in blood. Lack of iron creates fatigue and lack of immunity and malnutrition; on the other hand, due to inadequacy of hemoglobin, oxygen supply in lungs becomes insufficient causing acute breathing trouble. In fact in this health disorder the problem is deficiency of blood in body that causes weakness, weak immunity system and in some cases breathing problem.
There is no specific reason for anemia but the major cause of anemia; in most of the cases, is intake of b-graded food containing lesser amount of iron or iron supplements. Those who suffer from bleeding pile may have anemia because of regular bleeding from the anal space.
Due to irregular and intake of junk food there is acute vitamin deficiency is found and it is to be supplemented by fruits rich in anti-oxidants containing good amount of Vitamin –C. The carcinoma patients undergoing the treatment stage for radiation and chemotherapy may suffer from acute anemia and this should be treated accordingly.
Anemia can be found in any person irrespective of age and there is no connection of consumption of lesser or higher quantity of food. A person having consumed higher calorie count food may suffer from anemia but the person after consuming normal food in adequate amount will be less prone to anemia.
The major symptoms for these disease are rapid heart beat irrespective of the level of activities, paleness of skin tone, discoloration of lips and nail due to inadequacy of blood, attack of insomnia, quick arousal of fatigue, acute respiratory problem and the ailment like constipation, flatulence, and indigestion, and finally the feeling of uneasy and feelings of cold.
The main antidote for anemia is good quality nutritious foods which are iron and vitamin enriched, contains folic acid and antioxidants to fight the decay of immunity system. Animal protein, liver, red meat, beet root, legumes and whole grain cereals, nuts and seeds, fresh citrus fruits, gooseberry, eggs and milk products etc.
Once it is diagnosed, the affected person should trace out the root cause of the disease after due consultation with the doctor immediately and all the diet plans he/she is planning to manage should be imposed after due coordination with the doctor.
