Hangover is the nightmarish experience after a gala party night. However, it would be unjustified if we say that boozing needs to be prohibited absolutely in order to avoid the recurrence of hang over, in fact beside controlled consumption of alcohol prevention of hangover is better than  its treatment.In case prevention could not work and next morning you come up with a terrible headache, you must have some ready cards under your sleeve to manage the awesome situation. Treatment remedies will work for you to get rid of the effect of hangover. Some of the prevention and post- hangover remedies are discussed here, however, it would be best if you never be in dire need of this remedies except for providing suggestion to your next door-neighbor.

You know tomorrow will be a big party in your friend’s place, or tomorrow the yearly incentive party will be thrown by CEO in office, you can prepare yourself from today. Before the party night, you must have fruits and supplements in diet, which are packed rich with vitamin B and C. If your stomach is full, it will prevent for rapid absorption of alcohol in blood stream or it is better to have some food in party before you take a sip in liquor.

Consumption of lots of water helps natural hydration body and prevents from deadening hangover after boozing. Natural hydration of body can resist the crisis of acidity caused by excessive consumption of alcohol and prevents hangover to occur.

Mixing different types of drinks is strictly prohibited while boozing. While we indulge in mixing different drinks, we indulge mixing in different levels of alcohol content and sugar content together resulting in chaos on health system of any individual.

Consumption of citrus fruit in liberal amount in post-boozing period in home will definitely cure the problem of hangover.

Take a bowl of chilled water and soak a handkerchief in it. Apply the water-soaked handkerchief on forehead. The cold water remedy will bring instant relief for hangover pain.

You can take glassful chocolate milk before going to bed after coming back from party. The milk at bedtime remedy will resist the occurrence of hangover next morning with sure effect. However, lactose intolerant people should not use this remedy.
